01. About
I’ve been writing code for the web since 2014. What started as freelance work for schools in South Sulawesi grew into Magau Jaya Digital — a small studio I founded in Makassar that ships information systems, internal tools, and websites for clients who can’t afford to get it wrong. In parallel I spent five years inside Telkomsel’s BPO operations (via PT. Infomedia Nusantara), building agent tooling against legacy stacks and learning what production really feels like at scale. These days I split time between shipping for clients, mentoring my team, and running BNSP-certified training as an Certified Competency Assessor.
02. Experience
Founded a small dev studio that delivers web platforms for local government, schools, and SMEs across South Sulawesi.
- Lead a team of five engineers across thirty-plus client engagements — academic systems, POS, e-services portals.
- Built an in-house Laravel + Vue starter kit that cut median project kickoff from four weeks to seven days.
- Own commercial side end-to-end: scoping, contracts, hiring, and the uncomfortable conversations.
- Maintain a long-running CMS used by twelve schools and three local-government offices.
Built and maintained internal tooling for Telkomsel customer-service operations. Five years of production firefighting.
- Shipped agent-side React tools that touched ~2,000 daily CSRs handling Telkomsel inbound tickets.
- Cut average ticket-handoff time by ~28% by collapsing three legacy intranet pages into one workspace.
- Owned integrations with internal SOAP/REST middleware against the BSCS billing stack.
- On-call rotation for a queue dashboard that absolutely could not go down at month-end cutover.
First proper job out of university — shipped early websites and internal tools that eventually became the seed of Magau Jaya Digital.
- Built and maintained six client websites across hospitality, education, and retail.
- Set up the office network, the printers, the Wi-Fi, and roughly all of the laptops.
- Wrote an inventory + simple POS system in CodeIgniter still running at one client, somehow, in 2026.

Membership management system for the Indonesian Laundry Association to handle member subscriptions, generate membership certificates, and provide financial reports for the association management.
Compro PT. MJD
PT. Magau Jaya Digital requires a professional company profile website that not only presents the company’s identity, but also functions as a long-term digital asset — easy to update, capable of reaching international audiences, and effective in building trust with B2B clients.
Magau Finance Report
The application is designed for business groups (holdings) with multiple subsidiary entities, where management requires visibility into revenue, expenses, assets, depreciation, shareholder equity, and dividend distribution — both on a consolidated level and for each individual entity.

CPNSOnline is a web-based e-learning and CPNS exam simulation platform that helps candidates prepare comprehensively for the Basic Competency Selection (SKD) examination.
